Ekalearn is led by Premal Nanavati, a Learning Designer and Instructional Designer with over 13 years of experience in the Learning and Development space. He specialises in creating meaningful, engaging, and business-aligned learning solutions, including whiteboard animation, for diverse audiences across industries.

Throughout his career, Premal has partnered closely with clients of all ages and backgrounds to design customised learning programs grounded in adult learning theory and instructional design best practices. His approach is practical, learner-centred, and focused on delivering real-world impact.

He brings strong expertise in instructional design, whiteboard animation, training needs analysis, video-based learning, and digital content development, along with hands-on experience working across a range of Learning Management Systems, including Litmos, Acorn, Totara, Elmo, Moodle, Canvas, and Blackboard.

Premal is highly skilled in using tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline 360, Vyond, Powtoon, H5P, Camtasia, and Google Glass to create interactive and immersive learning experiences that simplify complex ideas.

His portfolio includes the successful delivery of three large-scale LMS transformation projects—two involving investments exceeding $50 million. In addition to instructional design, Premal offers strong capabilities in project management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic learning consultancy.

Premal holds a Master’s degree in Information Management and Systems from Monash University and an MBA from Mumbai University. He is passionate about creating learning experiences that build capability, inspire confidence, and support long-term growth for individuals and organisations alike.
